Plumbing CE: General Plumbing I
This course discusses the plumbing fundamentals needed to calculate venting sizes, drainage sizing, and head loss in building supply lines to ensure that the current code is met. The course first discusses how to calculate areas, volumes, flows, head losses in building piping systems. The next section discusses the proper plumbing system layout to pass inspection. The last section discusses the importance of the piping connections and how perform these connections to meet OPSC and in order to pass inspection by the AHJ.

Plumbing CE: General Plumbing II
This course discusses the plumbing fundamentals needed to calculate venting sizes, drainage sizing, and head loss in building supply lines to ensure that the current code is met.  The first section discusses the proper water piping systems layout to provide the right sizing of distribution lines for fixtures.  The next section discusses fixtures and valves and their configuration and application.  The last section discusses hot water, hot water heating and how to properly size heaters, including safety operations.  The intent is to provide sufficient information and background for plumbers to understand the calculation and layout of code-accepted plumbing practices and to integrate this information into their daily code work.

Plumbing CE: Water Treatment

This course discusses the way boiler systems work with regard to the chemical treatment of water. The course first discusses why and how water is used for producing energy, the potential problems that could occur if the water is not properly treated, and the best methods of treating the water.
